Do you have parts for all Toyota models?

We work through a wide range of Toyota models as vehicles come into the yard. If the part you need isn't listed yet, contact us as it may already be in the yard waiting to be pulled.

Does the warranty still apply if I fit the part myself?

No. Warranty on Toyota parts is only valid if the part is fitted by a licensed repairer or mechanic. If we fit it for you, the vehicle needs to come back to us for any warranty work.

Can I return a Toyota part if it turns out to be the wrong fit?

Yes, within 14 days of purchase, provided the part hasn't been fitted. A 30% restocking fee applies to returns, so it's worth double-checking VIN compatibility with us before you buy.

Can I view a Toyota part or vehicle in person before buying?

You're welcome to come out to the yard and check a part or vehicle before you buy. Call ahead first to make sure it's available to view.

Do you supply trade and workshop customers?

Yes, we deal directly with trade and workshop customers, with our own courier network to keep orders moving across NZ.

What if the Toyota I need parts from hasn't been fully stripped yet?
